About Bill Plympton:
Bill Plympton eschewed a career in the high-paying but soul-crushing Hollywood animation industry to explore his own creativity as an independent animator. Twice-nominated for an Oscar, he personally hand draws every frame of his work. Regarded as the hardest working animator in the business, Plympton has been called “mischievous, mordant, analytical, and ceaselessly imaginative” by The New York Times and simply as “God” by The Simpsons creator Matt Groening.

T.–Sorry about that. We mentioned the Plympton event in earlier newsletters, so today’s mention was intended as a last-minute reminder.
